These are a direct fit conrod for all NA Holden Commodore V6 (3.8L Ecotech OHV 2V) Engines. These are rated to over 1200 horsepower, supporting modifications are necessary. Features:
All Connecting Rods come with ARP 2000 rod bolts fitted. Please Note: Sometimes the small ends require a lick with a hone to set the pin clearance, as pin sizes do vary ever so slightly. All pin to bush clearances should be checked and set before assembling depending on the application of the engine. Clearances should never just be assumed. And the performance of cars like the new McLaren P1 – where performance and handling are much more the focus than outright top speed – has added the the irrelevance. But that doesn’t stop some car makers aiming for the bragging rights of the world’s fastest production car, and John Hennessey and his Hennessey Venom GT are back with another claim on the title.

The 420bhp, 4.2-litre V8-powered 911 rival will hit 188mph (or 301kph) and gets to 62mph in 4.6secs. The Lamborghini Gallardo-based supercar will cost an estimated £75,000 when it arrives in the UK in May, with the Audi R Tronic sequential manual costing an extra £5000.

Although the Chinese shows are rising in importance – and amusement value – there’s something peculiarly bonkers about the biannual Japanese bash held in downtown Tokyo. So strange is the exhibition at the Makuhari Messe in Chiba City to westerners, that you don’t bat an eyelid at talking cars, vehicles with feelings, or cars designed for dogs.
